Hi, I’m Eileen and the author of this blog about food and health. I have 3 children and for many years now I and my family have dealt with food intolerance which led me to doing much research on food until after much learning, adjustment and changing what we eat, I finally discovered the healing powers of food.
Initially, I believe that you do need to change your diet until you can work out the side effects of food on your body if you are suffering from food sensitivities or food allergies, including environmental sensitivies.
The intention with this blog is to provide you with information pertaining to food intolerance, food allergies, raw food, recipes for food intolerances and restricted diets, news on food, environmental sensitivities and reviews on products and books relating to food either from my own research, use or recommendation. I hope that the information will also assist you with your own research and allow you to take steps to improve your health.
